Private Parties

At JoJo’s Playhouse, your event takes center stage!

We can transform from an open play destination for children to an exclusive party place for children 0-12 years old on Saturdays and Sundays. Three different packages are available along with two levels of additional add-ons to allow for the perfect party to suit everyone.

JoJo’s Playhouse has a strict occupancy limit and only those on your guest list will be admitted inside. Everyone is still required to sign a waiver, even those who will not be playing. Guest lists will be capped at 35 people total. Any additional guests over the 35 count limit is $12 per person.

To check availability and reserve your date, please call us at (520) 554-5014. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit will go towards the total cost of your chosen package and any applicable add-on.

Event Information

All event packages include exclusive access to Jojo’s Playhouse, 3 tables and seating for guests, outside Happy Birthday sign to let guests know where to go, and gripped socks for all children 12 and under.

Bring your own food and drinks for your event. Jojo’s Playhouse does not allow gum nor alcohol.

If you opt to bring your own decorations please note stickers/decals, piñatas, silly string, and glitter are prohibited. Any helium filled decorations and balloons must be weighed down. HELIUM IS NOT PROVIDED!

Clean up is included in the Lavender and Amethyst packages. If you book the Lilac package please note a $25 refundable cleaning deposit will be collected the time of your event. The deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your clean up time if all guests leave on time and all clean up is completed.

WE NOW PROVIDE OPEN PLAY PARTIES!!!!

Table rental will be $25 for 2 hours max (this does not mean you have to leave) plus a $25 cleaning fee refundable will be added to the total cost. The price per child will be at daily admission price up to 12 children in your party. Waivers required for all.

Can bring food, cupcakes, table cover, and small table decorations. We can not provide more space for the open play parties as there will be other children and parents still playing.

Lilac $300

1.5 hour event

  • Set up begins 30 minutes prior to your event to allow you time to decorate and bring in any food/drinks before the event (no ladders or step stools may be used to hang decorations)

  • Once your event begins guests are admitted based on provided guest list

  • Event ends 1.5 hours later; only those doing clean up may stay

  • 30 minutes to clean up; deposit will be refunded if event clean up is complete by end of clean up time

  • Example event timeline:

    • Arrive at 1:30 pm to set up

    • Event begins at 2 pm

    • Event ends at 3:30 pm

    • Clean up from 3:30 - 4 pm

    • Everyone is out by 4 pm

Lavender $400

2 hour event

  • Drop off decorations and supplies at least 1-2 days prior to your event

  • Jojo’s staff handles set up for you! Relax until your event begins

  • Once your event begins guests are admitted based on provided guest list

  • Event ends 2 hours later; everyone must leave

  • Clean up is handled by Jojo’s staff! Enjoy the rest of your evening

  • Example event timeline:

    • Drop off decorations and supplies at noon

    • Event begins at 1 pm

    • Event ends at 4 pm

    • Everyone is out by 4 pm

Amethyst $500

3 hour event

  • Drop off decorations and supplies at least 1-2 days prior to your event

  • Jojo’s staff handles set up for you! Relax until your event begins

  • Once your event begins guests are admitted based on provided guest list

  • Guest of honor gets either a custom shirt or sash as well as choice of crown or tiara

  • Guest of honor gets a free pass for a future visit

  • All children 12 and under receive 25% off coupon for a future visit

  • Event ends 3 hours later; everyone must leave

  • Clean up is handled by Jojo’s staff! Enjoy the rest of your evening

  • Example event timeline:

    • Drop off decorations and supplies at noon

    • Event begins at 1 pm

    • Event ends at 4 pm

    • Everyone is out by 4 pm

Add-ons

Don’t want to shop around for decorations and supplies? No problem! Just let us know why you’re celebrating at time of booking so we can make sure your decorations are appropriate! We offer birthday and congratulations themes but if you’re celebrating something else, we are happy to accommodate.

Please note if you choose the Lilac package, only the Twinkle add-on is available as we cannot allow guests to climb ladders to hang decorations such as streamers.
